Use the support channel above. Include your key prefix (never the full key), the endpoint, and a request ID if you have one — that is usually everything needed to trace an issue.

Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?

The Business tier covers most high-volume needs, and the sales channel above is the right place to talk about anything beyond it — custom quotas, invoicing or data questions.

I found wrong data for a country — where do I report it?

Tell us through the support channel with the country and the field. Data corrections are treated as bugs: verified against the primary source and shipped in the next release, because hand-verified data is the entire product.
